Association „Balta maja”

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE WILL CONTRIBUTE ASSOCIATION „BALTA MAJA” STAFF MEMBER AND VOLUNTEER CAPACITY.
Project „Support for the Activity of the Association „Balta Maja” to Strengthen the Participatory Democracy in Latgale Region” (contract number: 2012.EEZ/DAP/MAC/152) introduction provide support the Association everyday operations, establish activities in place and with training and experience exchange assistance also promote in the Association processes involved human capacity. Source of Funding: EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014; Program: NGO Activity Support Measure 2009-2014.
In Association organized trainings to continue two days 8. and 9th October. In trainings participated Association staff members, volunteers – total 15 participants. Training was conducted by the training manager Sandra Pallo-Enika. Training exploring themes was – successful communication, values, the importance of time management, stress reduction. The training process has been added presentations, group work and discussions.
In 17th September was organized finding trip to Valmiera district NGOs. In Valmiera fund we learned a lot of valuable. A lot of experiences we gained in other associations. New knowledge and experience will help the Association to implement new ideas.
