Association „Balta Maja” launched project„Support for the Activity of the Association „Balta Maja” to Strengthenthe Participatory Democracy in Latgale Region”
On September 3,2013 was organized information measure about Association „Balta Maja” project „Support for the Activity of the Association „Balta Maja” to Strengthen the Participatory Democracy in Latgale Region” (contract number: 2012.EEZ/DAP/MAC/152). Local community was given information about the NGO sector and the NGO sector highlights trends in Latvia. Also community was informed about Association „Balta Maja” project planned activities and results, funding source and locations for the execution of the work Programme.
The information was prepared by Inguna Badune (project coordinator) and Rasma Pīpiķe (NGO society expertsand „Latvijas Pilsoniskā alianse” director.
The Objective of the Work Programme is to strengthen the sustainability and capacity of the association „Balta Maja” with the aim to promote the processes of participatory democracy in Latgale region in accordance with„NGO Fund” programme of EEA Financial Me1chanism 2009- 2014.
